SEGMENT FEEDER FOR SHIELD EXCAVATOR

PURPOSE: To save labor by conveying a segment conveyed in by means of a segment carriage to an erector by means of a segment truck built in a dolly, an elevator, and a transferring device. CONSTITUTION: The subject device is constructed of a hoist 10, a segment truck 6 built in a dolly 7, an elevator 5, and a transferring device 4. Respective segments (a) conveyed in are transferred by the hoist 10 to the truck 6 so as to be sequentially transferred to the front part according to the travel of the dolly 7. Then, they are ejected by a pusher 8 onto a table 5c in the elevator 5 and transferred to a transferring table 4c according to elevation of the table 5c so as to be transferred to an erector grip 3c in the erector 3. A series of operation is interlockingly controlled by a proper control means for transferring the segment (a) to the erector 3 so as to be processed in the erector 3. Therefore, labor-saving performance can be improved.
