Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To produce circumstances in which an abnormal state can be rapidly recognized by comparing the output of a solar cell with a detection output from a sunshine sensor by a controller, and feeding a malfunction signal to warning means, and warning it. CONSTITUTION:When a predetermined value or more of a temperature in a compartment in a vehicle is detected by a temperature sensor at the time of parking the vehicle, a solar cell current BI1 obtained by distributing an output current BI obtained from a solar cell 6 by an output distributor 9 is supplied to ventilation fans 4a, 4b thereby driving the fans for ventilations. A controller 10 compares an output current Ia with an output current Ib, selects any one when both are equal or larger one when both are different thereby to obtain a solar cell current BI2, and judges that the function of the cell 6 is normal when it is a set value or higher. On the contrary, if it is less than the set value, it judges that a suitable output is not obtained from the cell 6, outputs a malfunction signal Sw to a driver 11 and warns from a warn operation unit 12.
