Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To enable a simple and efficient design by providing a locking member having a locking function and at least partially providing flexibility and forming so that a carrying element does not roll in a supporting slit. CONSTITUTION: The locking member is approximately formed in a T shape. And a locking base part 7 having projecting part 41 and 42 for locking and operating is formed in the T shaped base part, and a relatively rigid intermediate part 10 is formed in its intermediate part. Also, carrying elements 6A and 6B are formed into half-circular shaped disk bodies 12A and 12B, and integrally installed to both narrow end surfaces of a flat, elastic and flexible part 9, respectively. The half circular shaped disk bodies 12A and 12B are fitted into a half- circular shaped slit 15 formed in a supporting wall part 8. Therefore, anti- torsional strength of carrying elements 6A and 6B is guaranteed with this fitting.
