TENSION CONTROL OF ROTARY SUPPLY

PURPOSE: To equalize the collecting tension of each fiber by collectively arranging dancers for controlling the tension of an optical fiber of each bobbin in a position just before the final guide wheel before an assembly point. CONSTITUTION: The center line from a center line rotating supply 21 is controlled with a rotating type dancer device 25 for the center line supply 21 to introduce each optical fiber from rotating type supplies 22 for the optical fiber into a rotating type dancer device 26 for controlling the tension for the optical fiber supply and collected in an assembly point 32. Dancer wheels, guide wheels for twisting back and the final guide wheel before the assembly point 32 are arranged in the dancer device 26.
