TRUING DRESSING METHOD AND ITS DEVICE FOR GRINDING TOOL

PURPOSE:To continuously and efficiently perform truing of a grinding tool and its dressing by a single grindstone by continuously inverting a direction of rotation of the grindstone. CONSTITUTION:A rotation mode, matched with a grinding tool in its kind, is set in a setting means, and in accordance with this set rotation mode, a rotation instruction is given to a rotation driving means by a control means. In accordance with this rotation instruction, rotating a grindstone in a reverse direction to a direction of rotation of the grinding tool performing cutting- together similar to an upcut, the grinding tool performs its truing. That is, efficiently removing a grindstone total unit of the grinding tool, it is ground to be shaped. Successively rotating the grindstone in the same direction to the grinding tool performing common cutting similar to a downcut, the grinding tool performs its dressing. That is, removing a bond part of the grinding tool, its dressing can be performed.
