Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To easily observe an active window by matching high luminance position information to a window, which is operated in a multi-window (the active window). CONSTITUTION:Display position information 5 and high luminance position information 6 are defined by coordinates on a display device and the high luminance position information 6 are defined the top lef-hand coordinate and bottom right-hand coordinate of a quadrilateral, which is caused to be high luminance, on the display device. When the display position information are obtained as (cx, cy), the top-left-hand of the high luminance position information 6 is obtained as (x1, y1) and the bottom right-hand is obtained as (x2, y2), a position comparing part 3 compares the display position information 5 and the high luminance position information 6 and only in case of x1
