Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition containing an organotin-containing copolymer, a copper compound, an organic red pigment and a specific lead compound and having excellent storage stability and antifouling property. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition contains (A) preferably 10-40wt.% of an organotin-containing copolymer (preferably copolymer containing trialkyltin, tricycloalkyltin or triphenyltin), (B) preferably 15-70wt.% of a copper compound (preferably cuprous oxide or copper rhodanate), (C) preferably 1.5-10wt.% of an organic red pigment (preferably C.I. Pigment Red 3, 5, 48, 53 or 58) and (D) one or more lead compounds selected from trilead tetraoxide, dilead trioxide, lead peroxide, lead oxide and lead suboxide). The amount of the component D is preferably 1-15pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. of the solid content of the composition.
