Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To produce the above coated microcapsule having high organism compatibility and having stabilized structure by adding the soln. of a polymeric compd. having organism adsorptivity to the suspension of a microcapsule. CONSTITUTION:A mucopolysaccharide is added to thermally modified collagen to form a coacervate, and a microcapsule is formed. The microcapsule is suspended in an appropriate solvent such as water, a polymeric compd. having organism absorptivity is added to the suspension, and the suspension is agitated. The microcapsule is then collected by the conventional method, and a coated microcapsule is obtained. Atherocollagen, reconstituted collagen, etc., can be exemplified as the polymeric compd. having organism absorptivity. In addition, the concn. of the polymeric compd. having organism absorptivity is appropriately controlled to 0.1-0.5% (W/W).
