Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain a superconductor sheet by incorporating an inorganic powder material indicating superconductivity when baked in the oxidizing atmosphere in a vinyl resin capsule to form an electrostatic charge developing toner, developing and fixing on an image receiving sheet, baking an image in the oxidizing atmosphere, decomposing and removing the image receiving sheet, and integrating the powder. CONSTITUTION:An image receiving sheet is a sheet of paper or the like. Vinyl polymerized monomer such as styrene forming the shell of a capsule and the powder such as Ba-Y-Cu with the diameter of 5-15mum and indicating superconductivity when baked in the oxidizing atmosphere are mixed and dispersed and suspended and polymerized, then an inorganic material is incorporated inside, and an electrostatic charge developing toner is obtained. Developing and fixing is performed on the paper or the like with this capsule toner, and an image is baked in the oxidizing atmosphere. The organic material of the capsule toner and paper are decomposed and discharged, only the inorganic powder is oxidized and sintered and left, and a superconducting thin film is obtained.
