DEVICE FOR STRIPPING SURFACE OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE

PURPOSE:To decrease operator's and ambient exposure by providing a chipping machine consisting of triplet bits fixed to a frame body which has roller bodies on one side and a hood of a rectangular body mounted via an elastic member to the chipping machine to the title device. CONSTITUTION:Wall surface guide rollers 7 which are the roller bodies are provided to upper arms 6a of wall surface guides 6 so that the chipping machine 1 of the air hammer type triplet bits can be moved. The operator, thereupon, presses a dust collecting hood 11 to the wall surface W by gripping handles 3, 3 of the chipping machine 1 with both hands and operates the chipping machine 1. Then, a negative pressure is generated in the dust collecting hood 11 by the suction pressure of a blower device and a rubber skirt 17 and a sliding guide 18 are attracted to the wall surface. The dust caught between the meshes of a brush 16 is guided from a dust collecting hose 13 into a dust collector and is thereby collected and recovered when the wall surface W is stripped by the bits 2 of the chipping machine 1. A damper 10 for regulating the pressure to press the hood absorbs the impact by the blow of the chipping machine 1 and prevents transfer of said impact to the dust collecting hood 11, thus improving the workability.
