Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To make it possible to surely avoid rapidly starting a vehicle by actuating a delay means so as to gradually release a brake. CONSTITUTION:A discharge pipe line 20 is provided intermediately of a pipe line 18, bypassing a check valve 17, and is connected therein with a check valve 21 adapted to be opened only in the discharging direction, and an orifice 22 which are connected in series. A bypass pipe line 23 bypassing the orifice 22 is connected to the discharge pipe line 20 and is connected therein with a solenoid valve 24 for opening and closing the bypass pipe 23. When a controller 24 closes the solenoid valve 24, the pressure in a pressure chamber 16 in a caliper 15 is raised by hydraulic oil from a hydraulic source 19, and thus raised pressure actuates a brake device 11. The orifice 22 and the controller 3 for controlling the opening and closing of the solenoid valve 24 constitute a delay control means.
