Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: To reduce the required amount of a sample, to control the concentration of a reagent in the sample, and to adjust it accurately by connecting a layer that is bound to a liquid absorption layer impregnated with the reagent to the liquid absorption layer so that the layer does not overlap with a sample application band. CONSTITUTION: Blood is applied to a covering net 5 and a plasma separation layer. Then, a sample is leaked through a plasma net and a plasma separation layer and, in that case, red cell in the blood is separated. Then, the plasma is carried to an evaluation range 3c in the longitudinal direction of a test carrier 1 from the layer in a liquid absorption layer 3. Then, after the absorption layer 3 is rapidly filled with the plasma, the sample enters a reagent layer 7 due to diffusion while changing the liquid carrying direction and the sample reacts with the reagent being impregnated on the layer. Then, when a specific time passes after adding the sample, a pressure plate 9 is pushed down onto the absorption layer 3. As a result, a reagent support 10 is bound to the plasma that reacted with the reagent impregnated in the reagent layer 7 and the reagent is absorbed in the support 10 by changing the liquid carrying direction, finally generating a detachable signal. |
