MANUFACTURE OF DECORATIVE PLATE OF UNSATURATED POLYESTER RESIN

PURPOSE:To eliminate the loss in the amount of application and perform quantity production of decorative resinous plate with uniform protective film by mixing a hardening agent and hardening accelerator with a resin, and each of the two is applied in a laminated film and a substrate respectively. CONSTITUTION:A mixed liquid B of unsaturated polyester resin and hardener is applied to the surface of a plywood 2 which is adhered previously with a printed paper or a titanium paper using a roll coater 4. On the other hand, a mixed liquid A of polyester resin and hardening promotor is applied to the surface of a protective film 1 using a roll coater 3. Both of them are superposed one upon another on the top of a laminating and defoaming roller 5, subjected to defoaming by pressing, and the protective film 1 is adhered closely on a plywood 2. An ultraviolet ray is irradiated thereon from an illuminator 6, thereby hardening the resinous liquids A and B.
