Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To simplify the control of pressure distribution by arranging a limit switch, an outlet valve or an inlet valve respectively on the positive pressure line system and negative pressure line system. CONSTITUTION: A positive pressure line system 4 is connected to the outlet of a positive pressure pump 2. A negative pressure line system 5 is connected to the inlet of a negative pressure pump 3. A limit switch 6 and a safety outlet valve 8 are arranged in the positive pressure line system 4. A limit switch 7 and a safety inlet valve 9 are arranged in the negative pressure line system 5. In this way, the pressure distribution can be conducted simply by electrical control, therefore it is possible to raise the flexibility of the system.
