IRON ORE FLUIDIZED BED REDUCTION APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To make continuous separation of cluster and reducting reaction efficiently by arranging dispersion plate having inclination toward opening at bottom part of fluidized bed red reduction furnace, blowing fluidized gas and arranging two chambers for cluster separation in series in the opening part. CONSTITUTION:An out part grain circulating device having down comer 10 arranged in the fluidized bed reduction furnace 11. The opening part is arranged at bottom part of the fluidized bed reduction furnace 11 and connecting tube 17 is arranged and dispersion plate having inclination toward the connecting tube 17 is laid out. First and second chambers 15, 18 for cluster separation are connected with the connecting tube 17 in series. The cluster 19 developed in the system is dropped on the dispersion plate. The fluidized gas 30 is flowed from reduction gas header 14 through the dispersion plate and reducing reaction in the fluidized bed 11 is continued and also the dropped cluster 9 is carried to the center of the fluidized bed 11. The fluidized gas 16 is blown into the first chamber 15 and the cluster having size lower than limit diameter of the connecting tube 17 is dropped in the first chamber 15. A cluster discharging valve 19, equalizing valve 20 and discharging pressure valve 21 arranged in the second chamber 18 are connected, to discharge the cluster to out of the system.
