Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To prevent resin paint from gelling before pouring and improve its miscibility by a method wherein main liquid agent and diluted liquid catalyst are fed through separate systems to a pouring means and, after that, mixed with each other. CONSTITUTION:After a molded item 6 is molded, a small space S is formed between the cavity surface 7a of a top force 1 and the molded item 6 so as to be connected to a pain passage 13. As a result, main liquid agent A of one component resin paint and liquid catalyst B, which are fed through separate systems X and Y to a premix chamber 15, are mixed by a static mixer 14 and, after that, poured through a guide tube 10 in the space S. The feeding ratio of the main liquid agent A to the liquid catalyst B is set to be 100:10-20 by weight. As the liquid catalyst, one diluted 1:10-1:20 with dilute solution is used for obtaining favorable degree of mixing with the main liquid agent A. Further, resin paint is prevented from gelling in a device arranged before a nozzle 3. |
