Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To measure blood flow by continuous wave Doppler, by separately constituting an ultrasonic wave transmitting circuit for sending a transmission pulse to a probe and an ultrasonic wave receiving and phasing circuit for inputting a received reflected wave to phase the same to connect both circuits to the probe. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus measures blood flow in a Doppler mode and a transmission pulse is sent to a probe 1 from an ultrasonic wave transmitting circuit 3 and an ultrasonic pulse is emitted to an object to be examined. The ultrasonic pulse reflected from the object to be examined to be received by the probe 1 is sent to an ultrasonic wave receiving and phasing circuit 4' to be phased while the phased Doppler signal is investigated on a Doppler shift frequency distribution state by a frequency analyser 7 to be sent to a digital scanning converter 8 to display various blood flow data such as a blood flow speed or the like on a display apparatus 9 but, since the ultrasonic wave transmitting circuit 3 and the ultrasonic wave receiving and phasing circuit 4' are separately constituted to be connected to the probe 1, the transmission and reception of an ultrasonic wave can be separated and the cross talk between transmission and reception can be prevented. Therefore, in a state using the probe 1 for a B-mode, blood flow can be measured by continuous wave Doppler. |
