Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain the titled washer in which generating amount of waste liquid is drastically reduced by providing a washing tower, a quantitative pump, an ultrasonic wave oscillator, a filter and a recovery vessel and allowing washing water to be circulated through the washing tower, the quantitative pump, the filter and the recovery vessel. CONSTITUTION:After subjecting valves 13, 15, 19 and 23 to opening and closing operation respectively and filling washing water into an ion exchange resin washer 1 through the valve 13, the washing water in the washer 1 is circulated with a quantitative pump P1. Then slurry contg. material 7 to be washed is fed to a washing tower 2 via the valve 19 by a pump P2 and simultaneously washing water is discharged through a discharge port 21. At this time, when flow rates of the quantitative pumps P1, P2 and discharged washing water are defined as V1, V2 and V3, the formulas are satisfied and V1 is preset so that the material 7 to be treated is settled through the water flow being raised in the washing tower 2. In this state, when oscillating ultrasonic waves with an ultrasonic wave oscillator 3, suspended material 24 stuck to the material 7 to be washed is peeled and introduced into a filter 4 and trapped. On the other hand, the material 7 to be washed is slowly settled in the washing tower 2 and discharged to a recovery vessel 5. Further washing water purified with a filter 5 is reutilized. |
