MONITOR CONTROL SYSTEM FOR COMMUNICATION NETWORK

PURPOSE:To make a monitor control station change optionally a objective slave station to be monitored and controlled by providing the monitor control station with a means to store monitored object discrimination information to show the objective slave station to be monitored and controlled, and changing the monitored objective discrimination information. CONSTITUTION:When an operator inputs instruction to change the monitor control range of the monitor control stations 1a, 1b, 1c from the input device 6 of the monitor control station 1a, a monitor control station control device 8 changes the information of the monitor control range of the respective monitor control stations 1a, 1b, 1c of a storage device 7 according to the contents of the instruction, and at the same time, it transmits the instruction respectively to the monitor control stations 1b, 1c from an intermonitor control station communication control device 9 through monitor control station control lines 4a, 4c. The monitor control stations 1b, 1c receive the instruction from the monitor control station 1a by the inter-monitor control station communication control devices 9 of the respective monitor control stations, and transmit it to the respective monitor control station control device 8. Thus, the maintenance and the application of a communication network can be made efficient and flexible differently from a customary way.
