Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To reduce the bleeding-out of rust preventives and to enable the rust preventives to display a high effect on rust prevention by compounding BTA (benzotriazole) and BTA derivative to PE(polyethylene) consisting insulator. CONSTITUTION:A composition in which BTA and its derivative, as rust preventive, not exceeding 4wt.% in total are compounded to PE is coated as insulator on a braided copper wire conductor. As the BTA derivatives, 4-methyl benzotriazole, 5-methyl benzotriazole, benzotriazole butylester, 1- chlorobenzotriazole, 5-chlorobenzotriazole, etc., can be used, and one or more kinds of them are used together with BTA. Thereby, the bleeding-out of the rust preventive can be reduced, and the conductor is prevented from corrosion or the like for a long period.
