EXTRUSION WORKING APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To enable precision extruding excellent in accuracy by providing a heating mean on a die slide and equalizing a heat maintaining of the extruding tool held inside the die slide ranging whole periphery. CONSTITUTION:The body part of the die slide 1 is composed of an annular inner ring member 1a, a heat insulating material layer 12 disposed on its outer periphery surface by coating and further an outer ring member 1b covering its outside. The heating means 13 consisting of a number of heaters, etc., are provided in buried state on the inner ring member 1a in the periphery direction at prescribed intervals in-between. Further, at the position near the inner peripheral surface of the inner ring member 1a, temp. measuring means 14a-14d by temp. sensors are provided and based on the detected temp.s of each part, the on-off of the heater groups on the corresponding parts are performed. By this method, the die slide 1 of its own is heated to the required temp. to balance the desirable temp. to be kept by the extrusion tool 2 and to prevent the external thermal transpiration from the extrusion tool 2.
