Zusammenfassung:	The method makes use of a complex of a polynucleotide and of a substance which can be determined, and the complex which is formed is used for hybridisation reactions. The method is characterised in that a single-stranded polynucleotide and an immunological protein component are reacted in solution, and the resulting covalent polynucleotide compound is used as probe in hybridisation reactions to detect complementary sequences in foreign polynucleotides.
