At the time of completing blowing of dephosphorizing agent, etc., jointing member 13 is descended by advancing the piston in the cylinder 16 and the lever 18 is turned to B point to release lock of the couplers 8, 9. Next, the hose is ascended by retreating the piston of the cylinder 7 through the supporting member 5. |
