Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enable automatic fitting/removing a hose from a lance by shifting as approaching the hose to the lance with touching/detaching means jointing both quick couplers and arranging releasing means for lock of the couplers with turning of the lever. CONSTITUTION:The lance 1 is fixed to a fixed member 3 as turning joint end 2 upward and the hose 6 is vertically fixed to supporting member 5. The quick coupler 8 for female side is fitted to lower end of the hose 6 and the quick coupler 9 for male side is fitted to upper end of the lance 1. The supporting member 5 and the hose 6 are descended by driving a cylinder 7 and both couplers 8, 9 are jointed. The lever 18 is shifted to lock position at A point by retreating a position in a cylinder 16. At the time of completing blowing of dephosphorizing agent, etc., jointing member 13 is descended by advancing the piston in the cylinder 16 and the lever 18 is turned to B point to release lock of the couplers 8, 9. Next, the hose is ascended by retreating the piston of the cylinder 7 through the supporting member 5.
