PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide a keyword required for information in voice automatically by generating automatically a guidance required based on a keyword and a title selected by a keyword/title management section in the case of information service and synthesizing and outputting a voice of guide information. SOLUTION: When the user uses a telephone set to start a voice/FAX information service device 1, a control means control section 2 makes call control and when it is connected to the user, a purpose is inquired in voice. When the user requests all information in voice, the voice is recognized and the result is sent to a keyword/title management section 6. The keyword/title management section 6 sends all keywords and respective designation numbers to a service information guide section 7 so as to guide the registered keywords. The service information guide section 7 combines the received keyword and designation number and predetermined fixed parts to generate guidance information, synthesizes the voice to give the result to a line via the communication control section 2.
