Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To stabilize the amt. of a powder to be sprayed and to reduce the treating cost by providing powder feed pipe and line in the casing of a plasma spraying gun. CONSTITUTION:A treating device 1 is evacuated by a vacuum pump 16 through a pipeline 17, and then an inert gas is sealed into the vessel to specify the atmosphere pressure. A plasma jet 6 is generated from the nozzle of a plasma spraying gun 2 for an inner face, and the gun 2 is horizontally moved by a motor 11, a ball screw 13 and a rail 14. The powder is sprayed under these conditions over the inner face of a pipe 7, etc. Besides, a pipe and a line are provided to supply a powder to be sprayed into the jet 6 in the casing of the gun 2 main body, and the gun 2 is cooled with water. The maintenance cost of the gun is reduced in this way.
