PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a built-up wall surface structure by which not only a rectilinear wall surface but also a recessed or projecting wall surface matching the curve of a road or the like can be accurately constructed through simple adjustments. SOLUTION: A mating projecting part 3 is provided on one or both of the right and left end faces of the front board part 2 of a wall surface block 1, and a mating recess part 4 is provided on one or both of the right and left end faces. A mating projecting part 5 is provided on one or both of the right and left end faces of a spacer block 7 having a sufficiently smaller depth than the wall surface block 1, and a mating recess part 6 is provided on one or both of the right and left end faces. The spacer block 7 is inserted between the adjacent two wall surface blocks 1, 1, and the mating projecting part 5 or the mating recess part 6 of the spacer block 7 is fitted into or over the mating recess part 4 or the mating projecting part 3 of the adjoining wall surface block 1.
