Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To produce a highly accurate cross leader cable with high efficiency by providing a through hole to a substrate together with the wiring patterns formed on boths sides of the substrate and securing the connection between both patterns via the through-hole. CONSTITUTION:Each pair of cross leader cables 3 consists of the wiring patterns 3L, 3Ma and 3Mb formed on both sides of a substrate 1 and connected to each other via a through-hole 2. Therefore a substrate containing a cross leader cable serving as a cable main body is obtained by forming those wiring patterns on both sides of the substrate 1 containing the hole 2. Thus it is possible to obtain a thin cross leader cable having a highly accurate loop space, etc., with high production efficiency and with no troublesome process.
