Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide a simple elasticizing method for a ready-laid sleeper applicable at site. CONSTITUTION: After the bottom part of an existing PC concrete sleeper is cleansed, its bottom part is treated with primer. Next, under the condition that the bottom part 2 of the sleeper is turned to upside, a dike 4 made of releasable form material is built along the periphery of the bottom part 2 so as to make the bottom part 2 as the bottom of a pond. Under the condition that the bottom part 2 is held horizontally, stock liquid for urethane elastomer molding is poured in the dike 4 so as to realize the thickness after the hardening of the liquid of 5-30mm and then hardened.
