SOLUTION: A pressure reducing means 17 and intermediate regenerator 18 are provided on a soln. line L3 of the absorptive water cooler/heater, the intermediate regenerator 18 is constituted so as to do the sensitive-latent heat exchange between a fluid flowing in a waste heat feed pipeline L2 from a warm water feed pipe communicating with a waste heat source and soln. in the soln. line and has a means 30 for judging which operation is made between a cooling and heating operations, first opening-closing valves A1, A2, A20 and second opening-closing valves B1, B2 and opening-closing switching control means 30, a piping system of a condenser 13 and evaporator 9 maintains the pressure difference between the condenser and evaporator during cooling and equalizes the pressures of the condenser and evaporator. |
