PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to comfortably air condition to meet the request for air conditioning or cooling and heating switching from a plurality of rooms by a general user by forming chilled or warm water by an absorption chilled or warm water generator, converting the water into cooled or heated air, and diffusing it to the respective rooms. SOLUTION: Chilled or warm water is formed by an absorption chilled or warm water generator, the chilled or warm water is passed through heat exchangers 6, 7, converted to heated or cooled air, and the heated or cooled air is fed from an air outlet 32 via an air supply duct 36, a VAV unit 34 and a diffusing duct 33 by a supply fan 42, thereby conducting cooling or heating. The indoor temperature is detected by a room thermostat 35, and if the room temperature is higher than the set temperature during operating in a cooling mode, the unit 34 is opened, the supply air amount to the room is increased so that the cold air is easily passed. The ventilating amount to the room is controlled by controlling the number of revolutions of the fan 42.
