A hole is made at the center of the multi-layered coil block, and a core is inserted into the hole. For the sheet material, a ceramic material containing glass is used. For the ceramic material, for example, an alumina ceramic material or dielectric ceramic material is used. Also, for the glass, for example, lead glass, borosilicate zinc glass, or borosilicate lead glass is used. |
