Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide the subject separation method by which the low frequency sound or vibration generated from the screen can be remarkably reduced. CONSTITUTION:This separation is performed, e.g. when the thickness of the deposits deposited on the screen is a specified value or less, by vibrating only the screen (steps 101, 102 and 103) and when the thickness of the deposits exceeds the specified value, by vibrating both the screen and the blind plate (steps 101, 102 and 104), wherein at the time of vibrating the blind plate, the vibration of the blind plate has the substantially same frequency as that of the vibration of the screen and also the opposite phase to that of the vibration of the screen (steps 105 to 110).
