Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the title foam suitable as cushion, armrest, pad, etc., having excellent strength and load burdening ability, by adding a specific organic polyisocyanate (reactant) and reacting. CONSTITUTION:(A) A polyol such as polyether polyol prepared by reacting water with ethylene oxide is blended with (B) a crosslinking agent such as monoethanolamine, (C) an organic polyisocyanate shown by the formula (m is 1-5; n is 1-5) or a reaction product of the compound shown by the formula and the component A, (D) a blowing agent such as trichloromonofluoromethane and (E) a catalyst such as lead acetate and cast into a mold to give the objective foam.
