PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to prevent harmful gas emitted from a ceiling, a wall, a floor tatami mat or the like, from being emitted indoors by cleaning an open air incorporated with an air cleaner and blowing the air from an outlet of a room by way of a heat exchanger and keeping the interior of a room in a constantly pressurized state to discharge the air by way of a ceiling or the like. SOLUTION: An open air is incorporated from an open air intake 18 where the air is cleaned with an air cleaner and collected in an inlet. The collected air is supplied to a heat exchanger 6 by driving a fan 27 by way of an air suction duct 26. The clean air conditioned at a proper temperature with the heat exchanger 6 is supplied indoors from an outlet 29 of a ceiling 8 by way of an exhaust air duct 28. No discharge means, such as a fan is provided indoors and the supplied air is arranged to hold a higher pressure than the outside atmospheric pressure so that the pressurized air may be discharged outside from a finely formed clearance of a wall, tatami mats and flooring or the like. This construction makes it possible to prevent harmful gas emitted from a bonding agent of a plywood, wall paper or the like and an insecticide for tatami mats or the like or a harmful gas from being discharged indoors and fills up constantly the room with clean air.
