Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a detergent capable of effectively clean an extractant contg. CMPO and with the volume of the waste cleaning liq. easily reduced. CONSTITUTION:The highly radioactive waste liq. generated from the atomic power plant such as a spent nuclear fuel reprocessing factory is extracted by the extractant, and the TRU elements are transferred to an org. phase. The org. phase contg. the TRU elements are stripped, and the TRU elements are transferred to a water phase. The stripped extractant is cleaned with a detergent contg. hydrazine oxalate, hydrazine carbonate or tetramethylammonium hydroxide to remove the elements and the deterioration product from the extractant. The cleaned extractant is recycled as the extractant. The volume of the waste cleaning liq. is effectively reduced by thermally or electrolytically decomposing the ammonium salt and hydrazinium salt.
