PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily move text data between computers which are different in languages, character code system, and registration state of external characters. SOLUTION: A text inputted from the text input part 47 of a computer 41 is stored in a storage device 42 as an object represented by digitizing the meaning that the text data originally have as a document or word, and display devices 45 and 46 display the digitized object data as a document or character string of the languages of countries matched with users. Consequently, when the text data are stored in the storage device 42, the object having the digitized meaning of the document or word is generated and the stored data are displayed on the display devices 45 and 46 as the documents or character strings of the languages of the countries matchied with the users. Consequently, the text data can easily be used on computers which are different in different language, character code system, and registration state of external characters and a shift to a computer which is different in the registration state of external characters is easily made.
