Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce consumption of high quality fuel by raising percentage of utilization of waste heat. SOLUTION: A branched line L3 diverging from a branching point 16 between a high temperature solution heat exchanger 14 and a low temperature solution heat exchanger 15 in a weak solution line L1 to a low temperature regenerator 12 is provided, a pressure-reducing valve 17 and an intermediate regenerator 18 are provided in the branched line L3, and a control unit 30 which determines operation mode according to signals from a hot waste water inlet temperature sensor 33 and a cool water outlet temperature sensor 34 is provided in order to raise percentage of utilization of waste heat by sensible and latent heat exchange. |
