PURPOSE:To protect the connection part of an optical cable securely in safety by providing a fitting part for a suspension support on the upper part of an optical cable excessive-length housing part and suspending and supporting the optical cable on a support part for the aerial power transmission line. CONSTITUTION:A case main body 15 is provided integrally with the optical cable excessive length housing part 21 having an annular recessed groove 19 wherein the end part of the optical cable is looped and housed, an optical cable protection tube fixation part 23 which is positioned on both sides above the housing part 21, and the fitting part 25 for the suspension support positioned above the housing part 21. The excessive-length part of the optical cable 27 drawn in the main body 15 is looped and housed in the recessed groove 19 of the housing part 21. Then a connection part housing box 17 is fitted to the front surface of the housing part 21 with a bolt 37. The optical cable leading-in part 39 of the housing box 17 is positioned on the recessed groove 19 while the housing box 17 is fitted to the housing part 21. Consequently, the end part of the optical fiber 27 in the recessed groove 19 can be led in the housing box 17 reasonably.
