PURPOSE:To automatically stop the production of the work for truncation at an optimum time by providing a production indicating means performing a production indication until the truncation residual number reaches zero, operating a production line and outputting a production indication stop signal at the time when the truncation residual number reaches zero, at the production processing time of the work of a truncation object. CONSTITUTION:The number of production units is counted in advance by a counting means 37 with the model distinction whenever a work is produced according to an order list and when a truncation constant is received, the number of the production units of a corresponding model is substracted from the number of the truncation units shown by a truncation designation by a calculation means 38 to find the residual number of truncation, which is stored at a lot residual number memory part. A production line is operated by a production indication means 42 until the truncation residual number reaches zero in the case of the work being a truncation object model at the production processing time of the work according to the order list and the operation of the production line is stopped by outputting the production indication stop signal at the time when the truncation residual number reaches zero. Consequently the surplus production of works can be prevented.
