PURPOSE:To set an image pickup section and a strobo lighting section integrally in an optional direction of an object by integrating the image pickup section incorporating an image pickup lens and an image pickup element and the strobo lighting section and engaging the sections turnably with a support frame. CONSTITUTION:A camera main body 1 incorporating a recording medium such as an IC card is provided with an image pickup section 2, a strobo lighting section 3 and a photometry sensor 4 integrally and a support frame 5 is provided to the camera main body 1 turnably. The support frame 5 is contained in a ditch 6 so as to be made compact at no pickup state and the lens and the strobo are protected, The pickup direction is selected optionally to the camera main body at pickup and the pickup direction and the strobo lighting direction are set in the same direction.
