Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent a diesel power generator from stopping erronously by providing a breaker which release diesel power generators of other power plants temporarily and protecting them against overcurrents when a power generator lockout occurs to one power plant to cut off the supply of electric power. CONSTITUTION:For example, if an abnormal phenomenon occurs to a power plant B, a power generator lockout command is sent to break a breaker 12B, breakers 23Ba and 23Bb, and but communication breakers 26Ba and 26Bb, and the bus communication breakers 20Ba and 20Bb are turned on to switch the electric power from a power generator 10B to an external power source, thereby supplying the electric power from a transformer 17 for actuation to the auxiliary power unit 40B. Namely, if an abnormal current is generated, the power generator lockout command is sent to a protecting circuit to release the power receiving breaker 30Ba, so that a diesel power generator 25Ba is not tripped unnecessarily.
