CONSTITUTION:A money exchanging device has a bill quality detecting part 310 for detecting the quality of a recovered bill, a recovering carrying part 26 for carrying the bill to a recovering stack part when the damage of the bill is detected by the bill quality detecting part, and an exchanging carrying part 27 for carrying the bill to an exchanging stack part when no damage of the bill is judged by the bill quality detecting part.
