Zusammenfassung:	Polyether ketones based on diphenols corresponding to the following general formula (I): (I) wherein R1 and R2, independently represent hydrogen, halogen, C1-C8 alkyl, C5 or C6 cycloalkyl, C6-C10 aryl or C7-C12 aralkyl; m represents an integer of from 4 to 7; R3 and R4, may be selected individually for each X and independently represent hydrogen or C1-C6 alkyl, and X represents carbon; with the proviso that, on at least one atom, X, R3 and R4 both represent alkyl; the production thereof and application as films or composite films with other plastic films as well as their utilization as permeation membranes.
