PURPOSE:To shorten a lead time and to improve productivity by bonding a piezoelectric element to one side surface of a phosphorus bronze plate at first cycle of indexing a turntable, inverting it, and bonding a piezoelectric element to the other side surface at a second cycle. CONSTITUTION:A mechanism for supplying piezoelectric elements 15, 16 to a pallet 21 at the outside of the circumference of a turntable 18, a mechanism for supplying a phosphorus bronze plate 17 to pressure plates 23, 24, a mechanism for removing the plate 17 bonded at one side with the elements 15, 16 from the pallet 21, inverting it and supplying it to the plates 23, 24, and a mechanism for removing the plate 17 bonded at both side surfaces with the elements 15, 16 are composed. Thus, the mechanism for bonding at each one side is provided in one turntable 18, and the plate 17 bonded at one side surface with the elements is not necessarily once removed, but can be subsequently bonded at the other one side surface therewith. Thus, a lead time can be shortened, and a manufacturing apparatus of a piezoelectric vibrator having high productivity is obtained.
