Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve characteristic of a sintered compact by coating the surface with super fine particles of inorganic material. CONSTITUTION:Apparatus is constituted with a plasma torch A, qualtz double tube B, cooling double tube C, chamber D, methane gas cylinder E instead of raw material device for super fine particle and coating raw material particle supplying device F. Diamond powder supplied from F is introduced from powder supplying hole 20 and by bringing into contact with methane as the raw material of carbon super fine particles in high temp. plasma from the plasma torch A under fluidized condition at the place of C and D, the diamond particle surface is coated with the super fine particles of carbon. By this method, the particles having excellent compactibility can be manufactured.
