CONSTITUTION:Water coming out of a feed pipe 9 is forwarded to the side wall inner surface of a washing and spinning tub 3 by the action of a flood direction changing body 24. In this case, since the flood direction changing body 24 is in a circular arc shape which is roughly coaxial with the side wall of the washing and spinning tub 3, water is formed into a circular arc shape so as to be circulated along the side wall inner surface of the washing and spinning tub 3. Furthermore, the washing and spinning tub 3 is rotated at low speeds when water is fed. Therefore, even if washing C is stuck on the entire circumferential side wall inner surface of the washing and spinning tub 3 because of spinning, water is well splashed over the whole of the washing C, so that spinning rinsing is thereby sufficiently carried out.
