Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain a thin lightweight composite held in the long-time scattering preventing properties of glass and further having extremely high design effect by bonding a fluoroplastic layer (surface resin layer) and a glass layer through an adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION:As a fluoroplastic film, a film 1 composed of an ethylene/ tetrafluoroethylene copolymer is used and the surface coming contact with an adhesive layer or a colorant-containing resin layer of said film 1 is subjected to corona treatment. A colorant, an ultraviolet absorber, a light stabilizer, a defoaming agent and a curing agent are added to the fluorine-containing copolymer and, after sufficient stirring, solid printing is applied to the fluorine- containing copolymer 1 and dried to obtain a colorant-containing resin layer 2. An ultrasonic absorber and a light stabilizer are added to an acrylic resin adhesive to be dissolved therein and, thereafter, an isocyanate curing agent and a solvent are added to the resulting solution and, after stirring, the obtained composition is applied to release paper and dried to obtain an adhesive layer 3. Further, the adhesive layer 3 is laminated to the surface resin layer 1 having the colorantcontaining resin layer 2. The composite thus obtained is bonded to a glass layer 4. |
