CONSTITUTION:A document storage part 2 is provided to store the document data inputted from an input part 1 and a document structure storage part 3 is provided to store the document structure for reference to a chapter, clause and table, which are instructed from the input part 1, in correspondence to the document data. In such a case, when the document structure designated by the user or the document structure analyzed by an analysis part is developed based on format data, only a necessary part can be translated to a designated output language and shaping language can be executed. Thus, the user can obtain a sure and clear shaped document without any trouble.
