Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form the thickness of a hearing acid case inserted to an external auditory miatus to be small and uniform. SOLUTION: A recessed part C of the same shape as an external auditory miatus 10 is formed to a transparent or translucent matrix 11 made of agar-agar, etc., and a photosensing high polymer material 14 cured in reaction with an ultraviolet ray is packed in the recessed part C. An ultraviolet-ray curing resin component cured in reaction with ultraviolet-rays and a trace of powder titanium oxide (TiO2 ) anda pigment are included in the photosensing high polymer material 14. Then an ultraviolet-rays are emitted from the outside of the matrix 14 toward the inside by the use of an ultraviolet-ray lamp 15 to cure the photosensing high polymer material 14 of a prescribed thickness in contact with the recessed part C to form a case 2.
